Do I need fitness industry experience to open an SL:54 studio?
Not necessarily. We look for operators and investors who understand their local market and can run a high-touch hospitality business. Our team handles the method, the brand standards, and the training so you can lead with confidence.
What does a typical investment look like?
Build-out costs vary by market and footprint, but most studios fall in the $250k to $1M+ range including build-out, equipment, and launch. We share detailed unit economics and territory availability on the discovery call.
How long does it take to open a studio?
From signed agreement to doors open is typically 6 to 12 months, depending on site availability, permitting, and build-out. We support you at every step so the timeline stays realistic and the launch stays strong.
What markets are you expanding into?
We are actively growing across New York and evaluating new territories. If you have a market in mind, tell us in the form and we will talk through territory availability and fit.
